A little about me
I’m Anja. I’ve been living in Portugal for the past six years, surrounded by nature, the ocean, and the wild beauty of the West Coast.
Photography has been part of my life for much longer, though. During my university years, I explored photography and video, and even won second place in a photography competition. Somewhere along the way, that early passion took a backseat.
Living in Portugal brought it back to the surface.
Over the past few years, I’ve found myself drawn more and more to capturing the natural world. The textures of rocks, the movement of water, the light on skin, the little details we often overlook.
And now, I love bringing people into that world, exploring the connection between humans and nature through portraits, close-ups, and more artistic imagery.
For me, it’s about capturing something real. Something raw. Something that feels alive.
