This journey is about coming home to your body and to reclaim the parts inside yourself, which have been shamed and tamed. It’s a journey to release the ideas of how society conditioned you to be and look as a woman and to connect to your raw & untamed nature.
Being connected to your untamed nature means to choose a life of aliveness, authenticity and unapologetic expression. It’s living the life of your deepest truth and desires and to embrace the full spectrum of your being. It’s about feeling safe enough to be yourself.

She loves to create safe spaces to experience yourself as a living body through movement, touch & relating and to explore the full range of human expression.

Anja
Anja is a Medicine Woman, trained in energy, body and tantric work. She facilitates women circles and workshops and guides women to their wisdom.
Her aim is to empower women to express themselves, to reconnect them with their body and intuition in order to live their fullest potential.

OUR MAGICAL RETREAT LOCATION
Our journey will take place in EssΓͺncia Nature Retreat a 20 acre community and retreat center in the Algarve. In the fairytale nature youβll start to lose track ot time.
The retreat center is situated on the breathtaking Atlantic coast of Portugal with its untouched coastline. The ocean, with bluffs, trails and sandy cove is a 20 minute drive away.
The Guesthouse
The beautiful guesthouse in the middle of nature offers 6 rooms, a dining area and kitchen. There is a swimming lake, a sauna and a hot pot.
There will be 3 delicious healthy plant-based meals per day. All meals will be vegan, mostly organic, local and saisonal, with less gluten and sugar.
The Rooms
There are single, double and triple rooms with high quality finishings. Each room has a private bathroom and its own terrace for personal use with stunning views over the mountains.
And there are also beautiful boho glamping tents in nature.
